No Returns or Refunds
All our acrylic frames are made specifically according to your custom requirements (design, size, photos, text, etc.). Because of this:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges
- We do not offer refunds once the order is confirmed and processed
Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
We only offer a replacement in the following cases:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive the wrong item
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the issue as proof
- The product must be unused and in original packaging
Replacement Policy
- After verification, we will replace the product at no extra cost
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before production begins
- Once your custom frame is in production, cancellation is not allowed
